The policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the private nature of our products and our strict health policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments that have been tried on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. It must be stain-free and unwashed to be eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returnable items. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please prepay customs duties (DDP), we do not pay import duties on returned items. If you do not do so, we will not be able to accept any resulting charges and your package may be returned to you.
Question: Why the tracking number provided don't have any information update?
Answer: Processing time usually takes between 3-7 days, but may take up to 2 weeks.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
